You must have a genuine business trade license. According to the policy, the proposal is sent to the Deputy Commissioner's Office through the Upazila Nirbahi Officer. In the light of the report of the Union Land Office, if the terms of the lease are not violated, the lease money is renewed at the rate fixed by the government and DCR is issued.

Rules for Mutation (Nomination) Deposit Sharing and Deposit Merger

Mutations have to be submitted along with the Assistant Commissioner (Land). The following documents have to be submitted along with the application for mutation.

(a) Applicable cases: 1. Copy of purchase and required purchase documents. 2. Heir certificate 3. Copies of Heba documents and certified copies of all records or pamphlets. 4. Certified / photocopy of Baya / Pit document since last survey 5. Submission of payment of land development tax. . 01 copy of pen design with boundaries described in Taffil.

(b) Cost of mutation: (A) Court fee for application = 5 / - (five rupees) (B) Notice issuance fee = 2 / - (two rupees) (for not more than 4 persons) for every more than four persons will be charged as additional 0.50 rupees. (C) Record correction fee = 200 / - (two hundred) rupees. (D) Copy mutation ledger fee = 43 / - (forty three) rupees. Total = 250 / - (Two Hundred and Fifty) Taka + If there are more than four people, the notice issuance fee will be charged as Taka 0.50 per person.

Note: If the mutation case is not disposed of within 45 days from the date of submission of application and additional fee of the said cost is claimed by someone, then Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Nirbahi Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional District Contact the Administrator (Revenue) or the Deputy Commissioner.
