(D) Copy mutation ledger fee = 43 / - (forty three) rupees.

What is a ledger?
Khatian is the land record that is prepared during the survey with the details of the land ownership of one or more land owners based on the mouza.
What is C, S record?
C, S is the cadastral survey. The first district based design and land record prepared in our country is called C, S record.
S, what is this ledger?
The ledger prepared after the enactment of the Zamindari Acquisition and Tenancy Act by the government in 1950 is called SA Khatian.
What is deposit rejection?
Deposit rejection means creating new ledger by splitting the joint deposit. Due to transfer or distribution of any land of any tenant of the tenant, taking some land from the original ledger and opening a new holding or ledger is called deposit rejection.
What is a leaflet?
The copy of the draft khatian prepared during the land survey which is distributed to the land owner before attestation is called field pamphlet.
What is the schedule?
Schedule means introductory details of the land. To give the identity of a land, the name of the concerned mouza, khatian no., Dag no., Boundary of the land, amount of land, etc., rich details are called tafsil.
What is a mouza?
During the cadastral survey, each police station area has been divided into unique units and marked with the serial number of each unit. Each such unit in the police station area is called a mouza. A mouza is formed with one or more villages or neighborhoods.
What is rent?
The land tax that the government collects from the tenants on an annual basis for land use is called land rent.
What is waqf?
According to Islamic law, the donation of any property by a Muslim land owner for the purpose of bearing the expenses of a religious and social welfare institution is called waqf.
What is Motwalli?
The person who manages and supervises the waqf property is called the motwalli. The motwalli cannot transfer the waqf property without the permission of the waqf administrator.
What is Warish?
Warish means heir under religious provisions. If a person dies without a will, according to the law, the person or persons who own the property left by his wife, children or close relatives are called heirs.
What is Farage?
According to Islamic law, the rules and procedures for distributing the property of the deceased are called faraj.

The land under the Ministry of Land which is supervised by the Collector on behalf of the government is called Khas land.

In mouzas, the land of each land owner is displayed separately or in each svarajmin with boundary poles or isles for the purpose of identifying each piece of land based on the class of land.
What are spots?
The serial number that is mistakenly omitted when giving the serial number of each plot of land during the preparation or revision of the design at the initial stage of land survey or the serial number which has to be omitted due to the merging of the two land plots after the initial stage is called discount mark. >
What is Chandina VT?
The non-agricultural tenant area of the permanent or temporary shop part of the Hat Bazar is called Chandina VT.
What is priority?
Preferential means the provision of availability of priority over other buyers legally when purchasing property. If an owner or partner of an agricultural land transfers his share or land to a stranger through sale, an additional 10% of the value stated in the deed by the other partner is sold or reported to the court within 4 months of purchase. br />

Amin was called the employee who prepared the design and ledger through the land survey and engaged in the land survey work.
What is Siksti?
Siksti is the loss of land due to river erosion. If the Siksti land is in place within 30 years, the person who was the owner of the land before the Siksti or his heirs will be entitled to the ownership of the land subject to conditions.

The formation of land by falling silt from the river bed is called payasti.
What is null land?
Plain 2 or 3 crop arable land is called null land.
What is Debottar's property?

The land tax is collected from the land owner in a specific form (Form No. 107).

The receipt given in the prescribed form (Form No. 222) after collection of government dues other than land tax is called D, C, R.
What is a document?
Any written statement that is admissible as evidence in court in the future is called a document. However, according to the provisions of the Registration Act, the contract executed and registered by the land buyer and seller for the transfer of property is generally called a deed.
What is Kistowar?
After preparing the quadrilaterals and jams during the land survey, the method of preparing the design by drawing a real geographical picture of the land piece by piece by running the chain on the Sikkim line is called Kistwar.

(B) Cost of mutation:
(A) Court fee for application = 5 / - (five rupees)
(B) Notice issuance fee = 2 / - (two rupees) (for not more than 4 persons) for every more than four persons will be charged as additional 0.50 rupees.
(C) Record correction fee = 200 / - (two hundred) rupees.
(D) Copy mutation ledger fee = 43 / - (forty three) rupees.

Khatian is the land record that is prepared during the survey with the details of the land ownership of one or more land owners based on the mouza.
What is C, S record?
C, S is the cadastral survey. The first district based design and land record prepared in our country is called C, S record.
S, what is this ledger?
The ledger prepared after the enactment of the Zamindari Acquisition and Tenancy Act by the government in 1950 is called SA Khatian.

What is deposit rejection?
Deposit rejection means creating new ledger by splitting the joint deposit. Due to transfer or distribution of any land of any tenant of the tenant, taking some land from the original ledger and opening a new holding or ledger is called deposit rejection.
What is a leaflet?
The copy of the draft khatian prepared during the land survey which is distributed to the land owner before attestation is called field pamphlet.
What is the schedule?
Schedule means introductory details of the land. To give the identity of a land, the name of the concerned mouza, khatian no., Dag no., Boundary of the land, amount of land, etc., rich details are called tafsil.
What is a mouza?
During the cadastral survey, each police station area has been divided into unique units and marked with the serial number of each unit. Each such unit in the police station area is called a mouza. A mouza is formed with one or more villages or neighborhoods.
What is rent?
The land tax that the government collects from the tenants on an annual basis for land use is called land rent.
What is waqf?
ইAccording to the Salami law, the donation of any property by a Muslim landowner for the purpose of bearing the expenses of a religious and social welfare institution is called waqf.

What is priority?
Preferential means the provision of availability of priority over other buyers legally when purchasing property. If an owner or partner of an agricultural land transfers his share or land to a stranger through sale, an additional 10% of the value stated in the deed by the other partner is sold or reported to the court within 4 months of purchase. br />

UISC
What is UISC and why?
Union Information and Service Center is a state-of-the-art information and knowledge center (telecentre) based on information technology established in the Union Parishad with the objective of ensuring information services at the doorsteps of the grassroots people. From this center, people of rural areas can easily get life and livelihood information and necessary services in a familiar environment near their homes.
On 11 November 2010, the Hon'ble Prime Minister inaugurated all the Union Information and Service Centers (UISCs) across the country via video conference from her office and from the Char Kukrimukri Union in Bhola District, Miss Helen Clark, Administrator of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and former Prime Minister of New Zealand. About 4 million people receive information and services from these centers every month. Through UISC, access to public and private services easily, quickly and at low cost has started to bring about a huge positive change in the living standards of the local people.
The journey of UISC started with the slogan 'Service at Doorsteps'. The establishment of UISC has made it possible to create a free flow of information in every sphere of society and state system, where people do not have to go door to door for services, but services reach the doorsteps of the people. Free flow of information is one of the prerequisites for people's empowerment. The establishment of information and service centers in 4,501 Union Parishads of the country has facilitated the access to information and services in the fastest time with the participation of the rural people in the free flow of information.
Materials:
A UISC has multiple computers and related equipment, which have been and are being installed in phases, with the aim of ensuring improved information services for the public in the area. The necessary materials for UISC come from entrepreneurial investments and Union Parishad funds (revenue sector and LGSP projects). A computer with a minimum stabilizer, a black and white printer, a color printer, a modem for on-line connection, a scanner, a digital camera can start the activities of a UISC initially. However, the following materials are required for full UISC management -

Depending on the local demand, a UISC may have more or less the above.
The Union Information and Service Center has been set up based on the PPP (Public-Private-People's Partnership) model. Each UISC has two local young entrepreneurs, one male and one female. These entrepreneurs run UISC. In some centers, one woman and one man entrepreneur as well as one woman and one man are working as 'alternative entrepreneurs'. The entrepreneur is not a paid employee of UISC, the income of each UISC is the income of the entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is also an investor in UISC.
Partnership:
UISCs are being run under the leadership of Local Government Department. Other activities are carried out under the direction of the Cabinet Department and under the management of the local administration, including the supervision of the UISC. Funding for UISC's required ICT equipment and entrepreneurship skills comes from LGD and the Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC). BCC has also provided solar panels to 1,013 unions without electricity and brought all the union councils of the country under electricity. Apart from this, several banks-insurance, mobile companies, NGOs, educational-research institutes, hardware-software associations etc. are getting involved with UIAC with their services, new skills and technical support.
UAMS or UISC Activity Management System:
An online software called UISC Activities Management or ‘UAMS’ (http://www.e-service.gov.bd/uams/) has been developed to assist UISC entrepreneurs in accounting for income and follow-up of local administration. UISC entrepreneurs upload their daily income information here.
Blog (uiscbd.ning.com):
The UISC blog (uiscbd.ning.com) has been created for entrepreneurs to interact with each other, establish relationships and communicate with entrepreneurs through local administration officials. The blog is a powerful online platform for 9,002 entrepreneurs from 4,501 UISCs across the country, where entrepreneurs can exchange experiences, identify problems and find solutions, work together, and work hand in hand with local administrations. , Even having the opportunity to discuss with policymakers if necessary.
